1 hour sessions in studio or via ZOOM
$125 for a single session
$400 for 4 sessions (pre-paid)


Who can benefit from Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is for anyone who wants to explore their own self-development through the intentional union of body, mind, and soul.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices for people with physical, mental, or emotional health challenges. Rather than a one-size-fits-all class, it is a personalized, collaborative process.

A yoga therapist structures specific regimens of:

  • Postures and mindful movement
  • Breathing practices
  • Relaxation and guided rest
  • Meditation and somatic awareness

These are tailored to your individual needs, nervous system, and goals. Yoga therapy can support you in working with physical ailments, emotional blockages, mental health concerns, addiction recovery, trauma, and other imbalances in the body and nervous system.

A session may begin with a conversation and evaluation of a physical concern, emotional “dis-ease,” or a personal goal. From there, we may:

  • Explore the body through gentle, somatic movement and sensation
  • Look at patterns, beliefs, or obstacles that are impacting your well-being
  • Assess the energy centers of the body (chakras) and where you feel blocked or depleted
  • Practice breathwork, grounding, and relaxation to support your nervous system

Together we create sustainable practices to balance mind and body and to gently clear what stands in the way of your intentions. In follow-up sessions, we track your progress, refine your plan, and continue moving toward your desired outcomes at a pace that honors your system.


Are all Yoga Therapy Sessions done 1:1?

No. Sessions can be:

  • 1:1 individual sessions
  • Small group sessions
  • Larger group offerings focused on specific themes


*We can work with individuals, families, or whole groups around a shared focus (such as stress and nervous system support, autoimmune conditions, or life transitions). Larger group sessions will be offered periodically—let us know if there is a specific topic you’d like us to explore.
