Community Support

The Elephant mentality of raising children is community; they communally raise their young and help support one another along the parenting journey!

At Lucky Elephant Yoga and Wellness, one of our passions is support for parents. We believe in the community philosophy of raising family! We can all support and lift up one another. We strive to be a place where parents can come to find support, comfort and advice. This support begins during pregnancy and goes forever!

Our MAMAste programs are designed to educate parents on the many options they have to create a supported, healhy and mindful environment for their family. Parents can learn about these options and find the perfect "fit" for their individual family.

Parent Advocates

We have paired up with some wonderful parent advocates in the Rockland County area who are experienced and knowledgeable in their fields They educate with a kind and compassionate mindset to help guide without judgement.
