Class Descriptions

Basics

A perfect place to begin or return to the fundamentals of yoga. In Basics we slow down, revisit alignment, foundation postures, breath–movement coordination and build a confident base. Ideal for newer students or anyone who wants to strengthen their roots. Leave with a solid sense of what your body can do and how to get there safely.


Gentle

Slow the pace, soften the edges, and come into a practice that welcomes ease. Gentle is built for anyone craving movement that’s kind to the body and soothing to the mind. We’ll move with intention, awaken the joints, stretch the muscles, and invite a sense of calm into the body. All levels welcome; modifications offered so you can meet your body where it is today.


Meditation

A 30-minute group practice of stillness, presence and gentle awareness. Whether you are new to meditation or well-practiced, this class offers guided techniques in mindfulness, breath awareness, and loving-kindness. Find your seat, settle in, and discover the quiet power of simply being.


Pilates

A full-body, mat-based practice focused on core stability, mobility, and mindful movement. Using traditional Pilates techniques and small props such as rings, balls, and resistance bands, this class strengthens and lengthens from the inside out. Expect intentional, controlled exercises that build stability, balance, and body awareness — a perfect complement to your yoga practice and a powerful way to move with precision and ease.


Prenatal / Postnatal

Designed with mamas in mind — whether you’re preparing for birth, in the postpartum recovery phase, or somewhere in between. We focus on empowering movement and breath, building strength, stability and flexibility, supporting the changing body and mind, and cultivating community. Gentle, thoughtful, nurturing; come as you are and let us support your journey.


Restorative

Let go. In this deeply supported practice, blankets, bolsters, blocks and props cradle you into long-held postures, releasing tension and inviting the nervous system to unwind. A perfect choice for those seeking healing, quiet, restoration, and the stillness that resets both body and mind.


Vinyasa

A flowing, breath-led sequence that links movement and stillness in one grounded rhythm. Expect a well-balanced class that builds from mindful alignment into fluid transitions, culminating in a meaningful peak posture. Suitable for all levels with options to deepen or scale back — just bring your curiosity and your breath.


Slow Flow Vinyasa

Take your time in the movement. Slow Flow Vinyasa pairs the rhythmic linking of breath and movement with a gentler pace, so you have space to inhabit each posture, explore alignment, feel the transitions and move with presence. Great for all levels, especially if you want to deepen your awareness rather than speed.


Vinyasa All Levels

A welcoming, inclusive Vinyasa class designed for every body. Move, breathe, flow and find your place on the mat — modifications and variations are offered so you can engage at your edge or rest in your baseline. The goal: connection, movement and presence.


Vinyasa Intermediate

For the student who’s practiced a while, feels comfortable with sun salutations and seated/standing sequences, and now wants to step a little deeper. Expect creative sequencing, more challenge, thoughtful alignment cues, and opportunities to explore strength, balance and fluidity. Modifications still offered, but the pace and transitions will offer more opportunity to grow.


Vinyasa Advanced

This class is for the seasoned practitioner who’s ready to move with intention, strength and curiosity. Expect faster transitions, more complex sequencing, explorations of arm balances or advanced postures, and less detailed foundational instruction. You know your body and your breath — come ready to play, explore and expand.


Yoga & Strength

A balanced blend of yoga-inspired movement, functional strength, and mindful stretching. Using light weights and resistance bands, you’ll build strength, mobility, and stability while maintaining a steady, intentional pace. Each class combines grounding yoga flows, focused strength work, and deep stretching to leave you both energized and centered. All levels welcome.


Yin

Step into stillness and softness. In this practice we hold postures for extended time, targeting connective tissue, joints and deeper layers of the body. Through longer holds and mindful breath, Yin encourages release, grounding and presence. Ideal for slowing the mind as well as the body, and all levels are welcome.


Yin/Yasa

Balance the yin of stillness and the yang of movement. This class begins with a grounding Yin segment to calm and open, followed by a more dynamic Vinyasa-style flow that builds strength, flexibility and fluidity. If you’re looking to move and restore in the same class, this hybrid offers the best of both. All levels welcome.
