We are an authentic and compassionate Yoga space where you will be accepted, supported and nurtured by one of our highly trained yoga teachers. We believe yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of physical ability or prior experience. Our highly trained, Yoga Alliance Certified teachers help you to find a safe, mindful and compassionate practice that is appropriate to you at any level and experience.
Our class schedule includes a wide variety of classes seven days a week where we hope to provide something for everyone. We offer classes for the Gentle practitioner through the more Advanced practitioner. Our signature Classic Flow style is an alignment-based Vinyasa with emphasis on safety and mindful alignment. Our other classes include Gentle, Restorative, Chair, Kundalini, Prenatal Yoga and our very own Stretch and Flow.
We also offer classes in Meditation and Mindfulness to deepen your practice and connect you further into your own light and peace. Find space and clarity within the mind with one of our meditation sessions.
Meditations are in the Shamatha and Maitri tradition with some contemplative meditation added.
