Please refrain from chewing gum or wearing perfume.
No food is allowed in the studio or treatment room.
Water and tea are provided in the reception space. Only water will be permitted in the studio and treatment room.
Yoga mats and props are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own.
Restrooms are available that may be used as a changing space.
Shoes and personal belongings are required to stay out of the yoga space. Please take off all jewelry that is in the way before class and leave it outside the studio.
No cell phones in the studio.
We accept payment of Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and American Express
Props
Mats and Props are provided for you to use. You have the option to use our props or to bring your own. We encourage the bringing of your own props for sanitary purposes.
Please clean used props with the provided spray before leaving the studio space.
Please fold blankets in the proper fold at the finish of class.
Please leave the mat you used properly set when you leave.
Liability Waiver, Special Conditions and Injuries
All new students are required to fill out a liability waiver.
Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent fill out the liability waiver.
All students must have a liability waiver completed before they will be allowed to attend class.
Anyone with series medical conditions or injuries should consult a doctor prior to participating in a yoga class. If you chose to practice with medical concerns, you are practicing at your own risk. We encourage you to listen to your body and take the appropriate modifications. The practice should not hurt. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have any injuries prior to the start of class.
Class Cards and Memberships
Please choose your class cards mindfully. Our regular class cards have expiration dates attached. Unused classes are lost at the expiration of that class card. No extensions will be given on class cards.
All Class cards and memberships are non-refundable.
Regular class cards can be shared by two people. This includes the 10-class and 20-class cards only.
Unlimited class cards cannot be shared (except the family packages).
Online Registration
You are not required to pre-register for a class. If you can pre-register, please do! This allows the teacher to prepare for the group and also prevents a class filling and you losing a spot.
It is suggested that you pre-register for our workshops. This allows us to know who and how many people to expect. A workshop may be cancelled if pre-registration is not met at minimum.
You can download the ??? app on your phone and register for our classes and workshops.
Latecomer Policy
Students who arrive more than 10 minutes after class has started will NOT be admitted into class. We encourage students to be here no less than five minutes prior to class start time for the safety and benefit of their practice, the teacher and the other students.
Young Student Policy
Our regular yoga classes are designed for students 15 years of age and older.
Anyone under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone under 18 years of age must have the liability waiver filled out by a parent or guardian.
Refund Policy
Class cards are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non extendable.
Workshops will be refunded with more than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
If you cancel for a workshop with less than 24 hours notice, studio credit will be given.
Absence without prior cancellation to a workshop or event is non-refundable.
Teacher Training and Retreats carry specific cancellation policies. These policies can be found on those specific pages of the website.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or change our schedule at our discretion.
If a class or event needs to be cancelled, we will send out a notice through email, facebook and on the website.
If you have signed up for an event and it is cancelled, you will have the choice between a refund and studio credit.
If you have pre-signed up for a workshop or class that is cancelled, you will receive a FREE yoga class credit in your account.
Babysitting Policy
We will only offer babysitting services for certain classes on our schedule. If babysitting is available, there will be a Babysitting class on the schedule for that time.
Babysitting is available for children 6 months and older.
We do not change diapers. In the event a diaper needs to be changed, the parent will be retrieved from class.
Please feed your child before class. Our babysitters will only offer lights snacks that are provided by the parent.
Anyone under 18 years of age must have the liability waiver filled out by a parent or guardian.
Parents must be in the building and attending a yoga class while their child is in the babysitting class.
You must sign up for babysitting 24 hours or more in advance of the class you are attending.
We reserve the right to cancel the babysitting class if there are not enough participants pre-registered within the 24 hours advance period.
We reserve the right to retrieve the parent from the yoga class if an issue needs to be addressed.
If a child cries for more than 10 minutes, the parent will be retrieved from the yoga class.
Please put your child's name on all items they bring into the space with them to decrease any confusion.
Please do not bring your child into babysitting if they are sick or have a fever. We do not want to spread illness to the other families.
Babysitting Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made more than 12 hours before the class begins, a refund will be given.
If cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the class begins, no refund will be given.
If cancellation is made due to illness, it will be at the discretion of management to decide on a refund that is appropriate.
Absolutely no refund will be given for non-cancellation absence.
