Annalise Yagya Jyoti is warm and welcoming. She guides creative classes designed to ease and strengthen your nervous system so that you can live your yoga on and off the mat. She holds space for powerful transformation as well as safe exploration of the physical body.
Annalise teaches many forms of yoga including gentle, restorative, yin, vinyasa flow, power, and more - but her specialty is Ahkanda Yoga. Ahkanda Yoga is a style that combines 5 pillars 1. Yogic Philosophy 2. Pranayama (breathwork) 3. Mantra (chanting) 4. Asana (movement and physical postures) 5. Meditation.
Annalise is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and Fertility Awareness Practitioner. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the SoulWork Jungle Ashram in Costa Rica, her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in India, and supplemental trainings in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Healing at Soul of Yoga in California. She has been practicing yoga for most of her life and teaching since 2018.
