What You’ll Learn
Pre-requisites:
We believe yoga teacher training should be both transformative and accessible. To honor different intentions, we offer two tracks:
For students who wish to immerse in the full experience of training without pursuing certification. This track is ideal for practitioners who want to deepen their own understanding of yoga, nervous system awareness, and alignment-based vinyasa in a trauma-informed container.
Includes: unlimited studio classes during the training, all required workshops, and training manual.
Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion (not a teaching certification).
For students who wish to graduate as a Yoga Alliance–recognized RYT-200 teacher. This track emphasizes trauma-informed teaching skills, alignment-based sequencing, and hands-on practice teaching so you leave prepared and confident.
Includes: unlimited studio classes during the training, all required workshops, and training manual.
Successful completion qualifies you to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.
We are committed to maintaining small, intimate class sizes and honoring the integrity of each student’s commitment. These policies ensure the sustainability of our program and the community we build together.
The Lucky Elephant Yoga Teacher Training Program is approved and registered with Yoga Alliance and meets the minimum requirement of 200 hours.
Upon completion of all program components, trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion, which can be submitted to Yoga Alliance for registration as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
